We provide shipping all over Pakistan through Blue Ex & TCS and internationally through xxxx courier. The delivery timelines of our products vary from domestic to International. Within Pakistan
Major Cities: Delivery time is 3-7 working days (Once the order has been confirmed) Remote Areas: Delivery time can take longer.
International: Dispatching time is 3-7 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). The delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
Within Pakistan: Rs. 99 Only Per Order. (Disclaimer: Volumetric weight might be charged depending on your order size.)
International: Shipping charges vary depending upon Country, City, State, & Locality.
(Disclaimer: For International Orders, we take no responsibility, if there are any additional charges in terms of taxes & duties such as VAT (Value Added Tax) by the Government. The additional charges have to be borne by the customer & it will be collected at the time of delivery by the courier.)

Within Pakistan
Validity: All products purchased from www.royalfashion.pk can be exchanged (or) refunded within 7 working days of the delivery date.
Exchange at Shop: Sales team will thoroughly inspected the purchased item, once the complete QC is done, the purchased item will be exchanged.
Exchange Online: Once the purchased item is delivered back to Royal Fashion, exchanged item will be delivered to the customer within 3 working days.
- Notify us of your exchange or refund intention within 7 days of delivery date and share the tracking details of the exchanged item along with your Order # with our agent by calling or via WhatsApp # +92 345 0123456
- All shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If you have purchased the item online via Online payment (Not on COD), refund process will not be begun until the purchased item is delivered back to Royal Fashion. If the purchased item meets the required criteria of our customer service team, the refund will be issued.
Refund cannot be issued to an item that was purchased from Sale.
Refund may take couple of days to process however, you will be notified by the team.
Refund can not be issued if the item gets damaged during transit or transportation.
Orders can be canceled and modified upon customer’s request any time before they go into processing stage.
Royal fashion reserves the right to cancel the orders for the following reasons:
- Out of Stock Item
- Pricing Issue
- Declined payment by your authorized payment institution
- Non Service Area
- Suspicious History, etc.
